"Greetings! Just a note to let you know, we’ve been on the Wycliffe ministry team since 1984. We’re helping translate the Old Testament into the Pijin language of the Solomon Islands. My husband, Bob, is also an international translation consultant and has been involved in projects and training in England, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. We have five children, two of whom are in college.

"When we returned to the United States from the field, primarily for our older children’s education, our financial support was not sufficient to cover our needs. It’s significantly more expensive to live here in the U.S. than it is in the Solomon Islands!

"Wycliffe’s Missionaries in Need Fund was a great help to us in this transition. Instead of having to go out and raise more support, Bob was able to keep working. This helped the progress of the translation project, as well as the stability of our whole family situation. Now, thanks to God and our financial partners, we are fully supported financially."
