World Class Encounter

• Are you interested in missions? 
• Do you have questions about job opportunities, family issues or raising support? 
• Would you like to learn more about Wycliffe Bible Translators? 
• Would you like to meet some Wycliffe educators to learn about their work and faith?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you are invited to attend an upcoming World Class Encounter (WCE). The WCE is an informal, interactive program designed to give you an in-depth look at the world-class opportunities for serving translators’ children and the Bibleless peoples of the world with Wycliffe Bible Translators.

What will take place during this one-day overview of teaching with Wycliffe?

• Hear from and interact with a current Wycliffe teacher and a local Wycliffe representative.
• Learn about the possibility of using your teaching talents to help provide for the educational needs of missionary families. 
• See presentations, videos, and other media. Literature will also be available.
• Meet other teachers like you who want to know more about the possibility of teaching overseas.
• Have the opportunity to ask many questions.

Wycliffe places hundreds of teachers in dozens of schools around the world, such as, international schools, intermission schools and missionary children’s schools, as well as providing itinerant teachers for outlying areas.

Learn what's involved in teaching overseas:

• What are the qualifications needed to teach with Wycliffe?
• What types of schools do Wycliffe children attend?
• Where are these schools located?
• What are the various educational needs and resources in these schools?
• Will I need to attend an orientation before my placement?
