Lord, we thank you for those among us who have accepted leadership roles and responsibilities. We ask that you will continue to fill them with your Holy Spirit and Your wisdom. Fill them with the knowledge of your will in the issues they face. Grant them discernment and decisiveness in dealing with whatever complex situations are pressing and perplexing them today. Guard their hearts and minds with Your peace as they lean on You for direction and counsel.
