Wycliffe Needs Accountants, Insurance Managers & Bookkeepers!
Good stewards of God’s gifts
Wycliffe is concerned about properly handling the funds God entrusts to our care. This includes accurately receipting and disbursing funds, accounting for them in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and wisely investing any funds available.
Our staff also needs financial services relating to insurance, banking and personal financial matters. To accomplish this, we need people skilled in bookkeeping, accounting, insurance and financial management.
Our financial staff serves both here in the U.S. and overseas. Each office maintains its own financial records and is responsible for accurately recording, summarizing and reporting its financial transactions. Most offices use computerized accounting packages, which range from small systems on personal computers to large, sophisticated systems on computer networks.
“I saw how great the need is for support workers like accountants. Bible translators were having to spend time doing bank reconciliations! I’m thankful God could use me to help fill a need."
—Jessica, Auditor on a short-term mission trip
