Vision Tour

Monday through Friday at the top of each hour (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
Join one of our friendly guides on a twenty-minute interactive tour of the Discovery Center before exploring on your own. Learn why it’s imperative for people to have the Bible in their own language, discover the huge need for Bible translation that still exists today, and find out how you can get involved. At the end of the tour, feel free to join us for the “Explore More” fun facts hunt, where you’ll track down surprising facts about Bible translation!

Face to Face

Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.
Get a glimpse into the personal experiences of Wycliffe staff around the world. Each day, a different missionary speaks on topics such as translation and linguistics, teaching for Wycliffe, or how computer programmers help translation teams. At the end of this thirty-minute presentation, you’ll get a chance to ask questions.

A to Z Adventure in Thailand

Booked by reservation only for groups of 12 or more. Recommended for 3^rd-5^th grade. $8 per student and $6 per adult chaperone.

We have an updated program now available that takes your students on a journey of exploration about the country of Thailand and the work of Wycliffe. Our classroom time is broken down into modules where students will learn about the ongoing needs for Bible translation in the country of Thailand and how they can be a part of the work. They will go through a variety of stations where they might pray, do a craft, play some instruments and learn about the language and culture of Thailand. Students will also spend directed time in the Discovery Center exhibits where they will participate in a “Explore More” hunt where the children will track down surprising facts about Bible translation.

Please note that our programs have changed slightly. Programs are now available from 9-12 or 1-4. Before or after your program you are welcome to explore the Discovery Center in more depth, visit the Village Shop or have lunch in Café Wycliffe.

Mission Encounter (Top ↑)

This program is suitable for groups of 12 or more and can be tailored to fit age groups from middle-school students through adults. $8 per participant.

Delve into missions, linguistics, and translation during this hands-on adventure. You’ll also explore the Discovery Center. This three hour program will expand your students’ understanding of what God is doing in the world today.
