Andy and his wife, Lori, joined Wycliffe in 1992 with a desire to be part of a people group that received God’s Word in their language. They first worked in language survey in the Caribbean and went on to serve for eight years facilitating a Bible translation project among the Teribe people of Northwestern Panama.
Following their time in Panama, Andy moved into administrative work, serving first as the Language Programs Director for SIL in the Americas and later creating SIL’s Global Sign Languages Team focusing on Bible translation needs of Deaf communities.
For the past four years, Andy has helped develop and lead Wycliffe’s Global Partnerships team, which is an effort to create a multi-organizational platform that more deeply engages the global church in Bible translation.
Andy and Lori have four children — Josh, Ben, Elli and Rachel.
