Dr. Jennifer Holloran joined Wycliffe in 2002 as a typist for the Personnel department. Through that initial experience, God gave Jennifer a passion for Bible translation and for caring well for the people who serve with Wycliffe. Over the years, Jennifer rose in leadership in Wycliffe's Human Resources department to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer. Today Jennifer serves the organization as Chief Operating Officer, where she gets to combine her love of strategic leadership and her years of experience in human resources practices.

Jennifer has a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in human resources from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Jennifer and her husband, Tim live in Orlando, Florida with their daughters, Katherine and Penelope.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading, running, video gaming and music. She is a singer-songwriter who also plays piano, violin and viola. She released her first album, “Come on Home,” in 2013.
