Did you know that there are about 7,000 languages spoken around the world today? That’s a lot! And out of all those languages, over 1,600 of them are waiting for Bible translation to start. That means there are a lot of people in the world who don’t have any part of the Bible in their own language — not even one word!

When people don’t have the Bible in their own language, they’re not able to know how much God loves us. And we think that needs to change! We believe everyone needs to have the Bible in their own language so it can speak directly to their hearts.

In this activity, kids get a taste of what it’s like to not understand the Bible. They’ll have to decode the missing words from different verses so they can read the whole thing in English. Then, once they’re done, they’ll finally be able to understand what the verses are saying!
