Explore Wycliffe Live: Translation Team from Nigeria

You can join from anywhere on the web!

You're invited to Explore Wycliffe Live!

Explore Wycliffe Live is a one hour free event designed for you to hear from Wycliffe members who serve around the world. Learn about the roles that are needed in Bible translation as well as what is happening in Bible translation in their location.

What does the actual work of Bible translation and daily life look like in Nigeria, West Africa? Join in to hear David and Carleen Heath share about their experiences and hear what God is doing through Bible translation in Nigeria.

David and Carleen Heath have served in Bible translation in Nigeria since 1995. Presently, the Heaths are overseeing 5 translation projects in NW Nigeria (the first language celebrating their New Testament in 2018) as well as serving as a translation consultant for other projects. David Heath and colleagues started a Bible translation degree program in Nigeria to help with the 300+ Bibleless languages in Nigeria. The heart and passion of David and Carleen Heath is to make God's Word available to the people of Nigeria.
