In a country where becoming a Christian can mean risking your well-being or your life, many choose to worship Jesus secretly.
With a few books of Scripture in their own language, the handful of believers clings to God’s promises — longing for all of God’s Word to be translated.
A team has come together to translate Scripture into their own language.
The believers have requested books from the Old Testament that show evidence of God’s faithfulness to his people — even while they lived in places that were hostile to their faith.
Wycliffe is partnering with this people group and helping move the translation work forward.
With more Scripture in a language they clearly understand, Christians will continue growing in their faith — experiencing the hope God brings through his Word.
You can help the translation team continue their work, ensuring that more believers will have the opportunity to know God’s promises.
