The Klaus family is serving God through Bible translation in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Representing around 800 of the world’s languages, PNG has a huge need for Bible translation work, and many projects are underway to provide Bibles for each Papua New Guinean who does not yet have God’s Word in his or her heart language.

The Klauses serve in support roles, enabling translators to focus on their ultimate goal—getting God’s life-changing Word into the hands and hearts of each person who needs it. At Ukarumpa International School (UIS), Scott serves as a secondary teacher for Computers, History, and Bible. Ellen also serves at UIS as a secondary administrator, focusing on standardized testing and records.
