Nathan Holden | Wycliffe Bible Translators
The Wycliffe Ministry of

Nathan Holden

Other Giving Options
After graduating from Auburn University in May ’21, Nathan Holden joined Wycliffe Bible Translators to help others experience the joy, love, and peace that God's Word provides. He is currently completing seminary and linguistics coursework in Dallas. After finishing training, he will begin serving in a translation role in Asia.

Part of Nathan's call to Wycliffe was the influence of mentors in his life who both taught him God’s Word and gave him a love for sharing it with others. While in college, he found an opportunity to share the Bible by serving with a local youth group, and he continues to spend time with a youth group in Dallas. One of his favorite parts of teaching youth is helping students learn how to read the Bible and to know God as their Friend. Nathan's call to Bible Translation is born out of this same love, as he longs for all people to be able to read the Bible and ultimately know the good God who wrote it.

Nathan believes that all Christians have been given a unique ability and role to serve, and serving in Bible Translation is simply his way to walk in the path that God prepared for him (Eph. 2:10). Every believer has a place to serve. He is grateful for the opportunity to gather a ministry team, as he knows he cannot do Bible Translation alone. Instead, he invites others to join his team as prayer and/or financial partners. All members of the team play an equal role, as it is God who makes all things possible.

Please prayerfully consider joining Nathan's Wycliffe team. With God’s help, you and he will work together to bring hope and God’s Word to the Bible-less people of the world, so that they too may know of God’s love for them.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its missionaries to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts missionaries’ ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the missionaries receive as “take-home pay” for their daily living expenses.
