Located in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Songoora are a Bibleless people group with an estimated population of 4,300. While very little is known about this people group, their language, Songoora, is a member of the large Bantu language family. There are at least 500 Bantu languages spoken in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Ask God to open avenues for local churches to reach out to the Songoora.
- Pray the Songoora would hunger for God’s Word in their heart language.
- Pray for language workers to be called, trained and sent to the Songoora.
