Mike and Beth Matheson are passionate about speeding the work of Bible translation.
Mike serves as the Director of Workforce Mobilization, helping experienced missionaries who are in transition find their next meaningful role while bringing teams and strengths together to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
Beth serves as Communications Coordinator in the offices of the president, using her love of writing and strategic thinking to help Wycliffe communicate well with staff and partners.
Mike and Beth have been members of Wycliffe since 2004, and they have served at JAARS and in Papua New Guinea. They live with their two girls near JAARS.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
