Mark and Pauline have been serving with SIL Eurasia for over seven years, bringing their expertise in Computer Science and Cyber Security to support the work of Bible translation. Pauline currently serves as the Human Resources Director for International Language Services (ILS).
With over 30 years of service with SIL/Wycliffe, Mark and Pauline previously served on the Africa Area team—Pauline as the Area Human Resource Director and Mark providing Regional IT support. Today, Mark continues to serve as an IT Manager and Language Technology Consultant (CIT), while Pauline remains dedicated to her role as HR Director for ILS SIL.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
