Tracy serves at JAARS in North Carolina in the Missionary Kid Care and Training (MKCAT) department, working with missionary kids and their families as they navigate transitions between a "home" culture and the overseas culture in which their families serve. Tracy's dream is to see a new generation rise up to be torch bearers for the needs of the Bibleless and unreached.
Before stepping into her current role, Tracy held a number of positions serving in Bible translation. These include a language assessment specialist in Tanzania, a program coordinator for Jungle Jump Off in Illinois, the Associate Director of Mobilization Programs at our Orlando headquarters, and developing and implementing multi-generational programming related to mission awareness.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
