Rod and Julie Davis have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators since 1990 and 1985, respectively; at JAARS through 1995, then in Mali, West Africa, until 2010.
Since then, Rod has been assigned to work with SIL Global in their Global Technology & Information Systems department as a Business Continuity Consultant, with a focus on IT Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security. Rod performs risk assessments and leads disaster recovery exercises for SIL’s critical information systems. He also develops cyber security training used by all SIL staff, and provides training and mentoring for SIL Africa Area IT Administrators.
Julie served with Wycliffe USA for over a decade, first as a Career Development Specialist, then as a Coaching and Team Development Specialist. In her current role as Coaching Specialist with SIL Global, Julie coaches individuals, groups, and teams, helps facilitate coaching skills workshops, and mentors and encourages other coaches. She also co-facilitates LimboLinks, a ministry for women in transition from serving overseas. Her desire is to see our global staff flourish personally, professionally, and spiritually, and make their best contribution to the Bible translation task.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
