Bob serves as MK Young-Adult Care Manager for Wycliffe US. He oversees a program that provides college-age missionary kids (MKs) with touchpoints of personal care throughout the year, provides resources to help MKs transition between the US and their host countries, and creates opportunities for them to connect with other TCKs (third-culture kids).
Barbara serves as Design Lead for the Communications Team at JAARS, a Wycliffe partner organization. She oversees the designs of all the digital and print publications that help promote and fund the ministry of JAARS to cover the last mile to the unreached people living in the most remote parts of the world.
Barbara also serves part-time as a Graphic Designer for SIL International's Global Publishing Services, preparing and marketing the digital and print resources that translation workers use.
The Albers have three adult sons. Ryne teaches high school math and lives with them in Florida. Rob lives in Dallas, TX where he manages a coffee/jazz music lounge. Mark also lives in Florida near his job at Universal Epic, a new theme park opening in 2025.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
