Bob serves as Director of MK and Family Support for Wycliffe US. He oversees and aligns the teams that cover educational consulting, speech pathology, curriculum writing, MK care, the Dallas MK Youth Group, Young Adult ministry, and career guidance for children from birth through young adult.

Barbara serves as Design Lead for the Communications Team at JAARS, a Wycliffe partner organization. She oversees the designs of digital and print publications that enable the ministry of JAARS to cover the last mile of missions to reach those living in the most remote parts of the world.

Barbara also serves part-time as a Graphic Designer for Global Publishing Services of SIL Global, preparing and marketing the digital and print resources that translation workers use.

The Albers have three adult sons. Ryne teaches high school math and lives with them in Florida. Rob lives in Dallas, TX where he manages a coffee/jazz lounge. Mark also lives in Florida near his job at Universal Epic theme park. He is also working towards earning a bachelor's degree in theme park management.
