In partnership with a national church, Daniel works with a minority language group called Joqai to increase Scripture Access in their own language. They completed a OneStory program in 2025, crafting 24 oral stories paraphrased from Scripture. Now he continues to study the language, develop a writing system, and train Joqai translators to build capacity for future Bible Translation efforts.

 

When missionary parents can rest in the fact that their children are receiving a quality education and are being discipled and prepared for the future, they can focus on bringing God's word to the world. Shannon grew up in Indonesia and followed in her parents' footsteps of serving MKs in 2001. Teaching high school math and science allows Shannon to support Bible translation while doing what she loves.
