Jaime and Maria have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators and SIL for thirty four years. They began their ministry serving the Wanca Quechua speakers, a minority language group of Peru, through providing literacy instruction and Scripture promotion. In 2027 this language group looks forward to celebrating the completion of the entire Bible in their language. Currently, Maria serves as the HR Team Leader for Spanish speaking South and Central America, bringing in new workers to serve in critical Bible translation roles. Jaime serves as the Regional Director over this same area partnering with many Latin American leaders to further the work of the great commission through Bible translation ministry.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
