Wayne and Crystal joined Wycliffe Bible Translators in 2018. For many years, they have had the desire in their hearts to reach out to the people who have yet to hear the Gospel and help them to know the peace, comfort, and love of God. They are excited to be actively working as a part of His plan to reach every tribe and nation with the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Wayne and Crystal serve as part of the leadership team in Southeast Asia. In their roles, they work to support teams involved in Bible translation projects. To support the greater mission of spreading the Gospel, they build relationships with other missions organizations. They also build relationships with relevant government agencies and other non-governmental organizations. Another aspect of their work is to support Scripture engagement and literacy initiatives so that people of all languages will be able to read about the great wonders that God has done.
