Mike and Amy Martin have been working as a translation team in the Mek Kosarek language of Papua Indonesia for over twenty years. They celebrated the completion of the Kosarek New Testament on August 28, 2023. Mike continues to serve as an adviser for ongoing work among the Kosarek people, consultant for translators working in other languages of Indonesia, and as an online mentor for translation consultant candidates through the Master of Arts in Translation of Scripture (MATS) program while pursuing a Doctor of Minsitry degree.
Amy helps to coordinate the needs of fellow Wycliffe members serving in the same area, as well as promoting the use of Scripture through leading trauma healing groups and training local facilitators.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
