Dan & Mary served for more than 33 years, in roles from Administration and Maintenance, to Recruiting, IT support, and most recently, in Website building and App making. Mary assisted Dan in aspects of each role as well as homeschooling their 5 children and surviving breast cancer. She celebrated 15 years’ cancer free in 2025.
For the last 10 years, Dan worked for a partner organization named Kalaam Media. Kalaam teaches nationals to build websites in their own language, promoting, and viewing their Translation material on-line. In 2020, Dan became Kalaam’s App team manager. While leading this small team, the Kalaam App group built more than 1000 apps publishing them to the Google Play Store, Apple Store and many of the websites Kalaam hosts.
As of July 31’st, 2025, Dan and Mary are now retired members of Wycliffe. Though not travelling overseas using cutting-edge technology, they look forward to serving in the community where they live. Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
