Paul & Christy have served with the Wycliffe family of organizations for over 25 years. Paul worked with Wycliffe Associates for twelve years, mostly in Cameroon. Christy began with Wycliffe in 2000, and joined Paul when they were married. They changed to serving Wycliffe Bible Translators in 2012, working in the JAARS community in Waxhaw, NC.
Paul is currently serving as a project coordinator, researching, planning and coordinating significant projects for the JAARS campus and beyond. Christy works full-time with the Maritime Department at JAARS, taking care of many responsibilities as Administrative Manager. From November 2024 until February 2025, they were in Alotau, Papua New Guinea working with a JAARS Sea Ops program. The MV Kwadima II serves up to twenty-five language projects and their communities in the Solomon Sea with access and transport that is not possible by air or road. They will return again in January for the 2027 year, continuing support of this project.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
