After working in Africa from 1996 to 2016 and then in Germany from 2016 to 2023, Tim moved back to the US in January 2024 to be nearer to his parents.
His current role is to provide administrative support to SIL's Executive Director and his leadership team as they lead our Bible Translation and Language Development work in Africa, the Americas, Eurasia, Asia and the Pacific. This is a half-time role.
The other 50% of his time is spent working with our Native American Language Revitalization team based in Oklahoma, where there are 39 Native American languages. For the moment, the main project he is working on is a language learning curriculum for Mvskoke (Muscogee), a project we are doing for the College of the Muscogee.
Tim enjoys visiting new places, learning languages, and riding his bike!

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
