Brian and Rachel work with teams in the Central African Republic and Cameroon that support national Bible translation in several dozen languages. Brian works with members of local language communities to gather data on their languages, as a first step toward Bible translation. Rachel keeps their busy household running smoothly, and serves in several logistical roles in the missionary community in Yaounde, Cameroon. Following home assignment, the Parkers will return to Central Africa in August 2025 for a four-year term.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
