God has given Crystal a way to utilize her passion for languages, people, and His Word. Crystal served in Papua New Guinea for 10 years, filling various roles, including language surveyor, language program coordinator, Scripture use worker, and culture and language teacher for new members.
In 2024 God redirected her to Peru where she is focused on teaching linguistics at CILTA, the linguistic training school for Latin Americans. Crystal is excited to use her teaching skills and experience in Papua New Guinea to equip Latin Americans for the work of Bible Translation. In addition to teaching she is also a language program manager for the Napo Kichwa translation team. The Napo Kichwa are a language group in the jungle of Peru working on translation of the New Testament.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
