Wycliffe USA has several avenues of providing staff with financial compensation. The majority of our jobs are member positions, where the salary comes from the financial partnership of individuals, churches and groups.
We do have a limited number of traditionally paid positions, where the salary comes from the financial partnership of larger corporate gifts.
Wycliffe Culture and Benefits:
- Wycliffe’s purpose-driven culture allows you to use your gifts and talents to serve the global work and ministry of Bible translation.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
- Medical, dental, vision and life insurance options.
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
- Retirement savings matching.
- Paid time off with vacation and sick pay, 10+ paid holidays and short-term disability pay.
