We believe that the Bible is God’s Word to us — something that everyone should be able to understand in a language and format that clearly speaks to their hearts. But at least 2,000 languages around the world are still waiting for a translation project to start.
When people finally get Scripture in their own language, lives often change in amazing ways. People are transformed as they discover Jesus Christ and enter into a right relationship with God.
That’s why Wycliffe Bible Translators exists — to help the women, men and children in these remaining languages get the Bible for themselves. And we won’t stop until all people have God’s Word in a language they understand.
Will you stand with us to reach these remaining languages with the hope of the gospel?
Partner with people groups and their translation teams to translate Scripture.
Provide help for missionaries serving around the world.
Provide print, audio and video recordings of translated Scripture to bring more people to Christ.
“It is my passion to give. I believe in Wycliffe’s mission of reaching people with God’s Word. I didn’t become a missionary — neither did my children — so this is a way for me to be involved and to help people translate the Bible into other peoples’ languages.”
